There’s nothing better than a New York Style Cheesecake made from the finest ingredients. And that’s what we make – an incredibly delicious baked cheesecake made with the finest cream cheese and freshest ingredients. Heavy, rich, moist and creamy – exactly what you expect in an old-fashioned New York Style cheesecake. For more than twenty years we have been baking these cakes for fine restaurants. We haven’t sold these cakes by mail order before because we were never satisfied with available packaging, and we will not ship our products unless we were assured they would arrive as fresh as when they left our bakery. Well, the right protective packaging has been developed, and we are happy to say that we can now supply our cheesecakes to America!

And if our phenomenal assortment of regular cheesecakes wasn’t enough, we remember our friends on special diets. We have developed the most incredibly delicious Gluten-Free New York Style Cheesecake that you have ever tasted. Many people even prefer it compared to our regular cheesecake! Everything is the same, except there’s absolutely NO gluten.
Gluten-Free and Low-Carb Cheesecakes
We believe that when you’re on a roll, keep going! We have the fantastic regular cheesecakes, which have sugar and a little flour in them, We have the incredible gluten-free regular cheesecakes which are made with sugar, but no flour or gluten. Now we’ve come up with the best tasting New York Style Gluten-Free AND Low-Carb Cheesecake you’ve ever had! We make it without using ANY sugar, instead we use Zügr™ - a high intensity sweetener that was developed just for us. It allows us to make a spectacular Gluten-Free Low-Carb cheesecake made only from the finest cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, lemon, corn starch and Zügr™ - that’s it! And it is as heavy, rich, moist and creamy as its brothers made with sugar. Great taste and texture, AND less than 3 grams of carbs in a quarter-pound serving! By the way, a note on carbs - don’t be fooled by claims of zero carbs from our competitors that use bulk sweeteners with the same volume as sugar. The actual sweetener is hundreds of times sweeter than sugar (Zügr™ is 500 times sweeter!), and to get the bulk so you can measure it with a teaspoon for your coffee they add maltodextrose – which is starch, a pure carb, to bulk it up. But FDA regs say that food makers can round fractions down on the nutrition labels, so the .9 grams of carb in a teaspoon of sugar substitute (one "serving") is labeled "Zero" grams of carb. There’s no maltodextrose, or any other bulking agent in our Gluten-Free Low-Carb cheesecakes.
About our cheesecakes and pricing
Our cheesecakes are 9" in diameter by about 2" high. They weigh about 4 pounds. We ship to all 50 states via USPS Express Mail® to ensure safe, fresh delivery of our cheesecakes. We use special temperature controlled packaging that also cushions your cheesecake to avoid damaging it. When you order, please be ready to receive your cheesecake the following day. Please note, we only ship Monday through Friday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday. All varieties of our Plain Vanilla cheesecakes are $27.95 plus shipping and handling, and our flavored cheesecakes are $29.95 plus shipping and handling.
